Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using SimpleOPS, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

Description of Service

SimpleOPS is a modular operations management platform that provides tools for product information management, warehouse management, manufacturing operations, sales, procurement, invoicing, and related business functions.

Account Registration

To use SimpleOPS, you must:

• Create an account with accurate and complete information
• Be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction
• Be authorized to bind your organization if registering on behalf of a company
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Use the service to send spam or unsolicited communications
• Resell or redistribute the service without authorization

Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you upload to SimpleOPS. By using our service, you grant us a license to host, store, and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

You are responsible for:

• The accuracy and legality of your data
• Maintaining appropriate backups
• Ensuring you have the right to upload and process the data

Subscription and Payment

• Paid features require an active subscription
• Prices are listed on our pricing page and may change with notice
• Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• Refunds are provided according to our refund policy

Free Tier

The SimplePIM free tier is provided "as is" with limited features. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free tier with reasonable notice.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We will provide notice when possible.

Intellectual Property

SimpleOPS and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We provide the service "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from your use of the service, violation of these terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or notice on the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Helsinki, Finland.
